Haskell’s Home Gym

6 PAX joined Haskell for a variation of circuits that early on became known has Haskell’s home gym.  It all started with a warm-up lap with some carioca’s in front of the Middle School back to a mosey to the concession area for:

The Warm-Up

50 x SSH

30 x Cotton Pickers

20 second Arm Circles, front

20 second Arm Circles, back

5 x Slow Merkins

Mosey to the goal line for Haskell’s Home Gym:

Each man starts at a different station where they will perform AMRAP until the Jump rope man is back to the starting goal line.  After completing the designated number of rope jumps, the man will back peddle to far goal line, shuffle to the right or left, then sprint to opposite goal line.  Upon reaching opposite goal line he will then initiate the station switch.

1st iteration

  • Goal Line: Tractor Tire Flip
  • 10 Yard Line Station: Arm-Curls
  • 20 Yard Line Station: Kettle Bell Swings
  • 30 Yard Line Station: Shoulder Shrugs
  • 40 Yard Line Station: Chest Press
  • 50 Yard Line Station: 100 x Jump Rope

2nd iteration

  • Goal Line: Shoulder Raises with 1 gallon water jugs
  • 10 Yard Line Station: Arm-Curls
  • 20 Yard Line Station: Kettle Bell Swings
  • 30 Yard Line Station: Shoulder Shrugs
  • 40 Yard Line Station: Chest Press
  • 50 Yard Line Station: 50 x Jump Rope

3rd iteration
